Buying a product or making a balance enquiry refreshes the 24-month expiry period. Once purchased, funds should be available on your card within 2 working days. You can check the balance of your card by clicking https://wbiprod.storedvalue.com/wbir/clients/johnlewis. Please always check the balance on your card before trying to make a purchase. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen please contact Customer Services as soon as possible so we can arrange for your Gift Card to be blocked.
