**W.KRUK codes, in electronic form, can be exchanged for any goods available in the W.KRUK chain of stores and in the online store: www.wkruk.pl with the exception of Rolex, Patek Philippe and Cartier Watches.** + **Multiple** Gift Cards can be used per purchase. + Gift Card can be used only once. Leftover balance will NOT be transferred for future purchases. + Cannot be exchanged for cash. + Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. + In the event of a return of goods paid for in full with purchase codes, the buyer will be refunded with an electronic purchase code, with a nominal value of the returned goods. If buyer used a code with a nominal value lower than value of the goods and paid the difference, the buyer will be refunded wit a purchase code with the same nominal value as the one used in the transaction, and the remaining part of the price will be refunded to the buyer in the form in which it was paid. **REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS** **IN THE PHYSICAL STORE** - To redeem the Gift Card code in the W.Kruk stores, give the card code to the seller before making the payment. **ONLINE** 1. To redeem the Gift Card code in the online store go to www.wkruk.pl 2. Select the products and go to the basket. 3. In the "Jewelry Cards" box enter the code and click Submit.
